RAZIA SEVEUNDAN
Estates, Trusts and Litigation
Joined ER Browne9 May 1990 employed in the Litigation department then moved to the collection department and subsequently moved the Agency Accounts department 2011. From 2019 Razia was then employed as a Practice Manager.
Away from work Razia enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
MONDE MNGADI
Estates, Trusts and Litigation
Monde joined the firm in 2014 and practices in the field of litigation (civil and criminal). He obtained his LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College), served his articles of clerkship with our firm. Monde was admitted to practice in 2016.
Apart from spending time with his family, Monde enjoys sports and music.
MARITZA BODMAN
Litigation
Maritza is an admitted attorney practising in our litigation department.
She handles correspondent litigation, family law matters and general litigation.
Maritza holds a Bachelor of Laws, Honours Degree (LLB) obtained in 2019.
In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking and reading.
DANI NTULI
Litigation
Dani Ntuli is Professional Assistant in the Litigation Department of our firm. She is involved in Road Accident Fund Claims and Bank Foreclosures, as well as other Litigation related matters.
Dani holds a Bachelor of Laws, Honours Degree (LLB) obtained in 2015. She is an Admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court and is a member of the Legal Practice Council of KwaZulu-Natal.
In her free time she enjoys gaming, working out and listening to music.
GARETH IRELAND
Conveyancing
Gareth Ireland joined ER Browne's Agency Conveyancing Department in October 2003, after a 15 year stint at the Deeds Registration Office as a Senior Examiner.
Once a keen golfer, now he enjoys watching other sport while socializing over a cold beer with friends. He also values spending time with the family down the coast at his beach cottage, which he tries to do as often as he can.
BRENDA DE BEER
Agency Conveancing HOD
Brenda joined the ER Browne. family in 1994 as the marketing manager after achieving her PR Diploma. 26 years on and Brenda still thrives to meet the present and future needs of clients.
She believes in Theodore Levitt’s explanation of marketing: “Marketing is concerned with all the cranny of the creative organisation in order to achieve the corporate purpose of attracting and holding clients.” Other than maintaining strong, personal relationships with clients, Brenda loves spending time with her family and friends - enjoying music, reading, cooking and attending auctions.
HENNIE SCHLEBUSCH
Agency Conveancing HOD
Hennie heads up the Agency conveyancing Department at ER Browne. He joined the firm in 1991, following his 20 years' of experience in the Deeds Office - including as a senior examiner. Hennie obtained his National Diploma in Registration of Deeds in 1975and subsequently has years of experience within the field.
Hennie loves all sport and is particulary fond of golf, although his handicap would not agree...
CHRIS PHILLIPS
Director; Local Conveyancing HOD
Chris joined the firm in 2007 and is a current Director of ER Browne. He practises in the field of property law and heads up the Local Conveyancing department. Chris studied at The University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney in 1990, thus he boasts just over 30 years experience in the property sector.
Chris enjoys regular tennis and golf with his friends, and is also a keen gardener.
ANDREW DICKASON
Managing Director
Andrew is the current Managing Director of ER Browne Inc. He joined the firm in 2000 and practises in the fields of civil litigation and commercial law. Andrew obtained his Llb degree from the then University of Natal, Durban where after he returned to his home town, Pietermaritzburg to serve his articles of clerkship. Andrew was admitted to practice in 1998 and has almost 25 years post admission experience.
Aside from spending time with his family, Andrew enjoys sport, music, reading and catching up with his mates.
